If your product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, don't worry! The return shipping fee is on us. We'll make it right without any cost to you. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, as any intentional damage to items will not be accepted for return.

For customer remorse:
If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you simply no longer want the item, we understand. However, in these cases, the return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer, and it will be the same amount as the shipping fee you paid when placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

Krystal-V™ accept returns and will refund the amount paid for the product(s) if you have met the above requirements, however we do accept cancellations prior to shipping out the order.

Return Labels

We do not offer return labels at this time, and therefore you are responsible for generating any return labels needed to ship the product back.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for any products returned.

Refunded Shipping Costs
Since our distributors are primarily third-party, we cannot offer a refund for the original shipping cost at this time.

Refund Method
